Effect of two types of blood bags with leukocyte filter on leukocyte removal

目的比较两种滤除白细胞采血袋对白细胞滤除效果。方法随机选取A型和B型采血袋采集的400 mL全血各40袋,于采血后6～8 h内过滤白细胞,比较过滤时间、白细胞残余数、血液回收率、游离血红蛋白水平。结果 A、B型采血袋过滤时间分别为（1 9.41±4.14）、（1 0.49±2.57）min,白细胞残余数分别为（1.02±0.86）×10^5、（3.78±2.66）×10^5个,血液回收率分别是（88.47±0.94）%、（91.23±0.98）%,游离血红蛋白分别是（13.76±4.53）、（11.30±3.56）mg/L,上述4项指标差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。A、B型滤器堵塞率分别为22.5%、0%差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 A型采血袋滤除白细胞效果优于B型采血袋。

Objective To compare the effect of two types of blood bags with leukocyte filter on leukocyte removal. Methods Forty bags of 400 ml whole blood collected by types A and B blood bags were randomly chosen, followed by leukocyte filtration after 6-8 hours. The filtering time, residual leukocytes, blood recovery rate, and free hemoglobin level were compared before and after leukocyte filtration. Results The filtration time, residual leukocytes, blood recovery rate, and free hemoglobin level were （19.41±4.14） and （10.49±2.57） min, 0.02±0.86）×10^5 and （3.78±2.66）×10^5, （88.47±0.94）% and （91.23±0.98）%, and （13.76±4.53） mg/L and （11.30±3.56） mg/L in types A and B, respectively, with statistical differences between two types （P〈0.01）. The plugging rate was higher in type A than in type B （22.5% vs 0%, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The leukocyte removal in type A blood bag is superior to that in type B.
