广州市老人院77例痴呆老人照顾费用分析

目的分析在机构养老痴呆老人照顾费用的构成,以探讨痴呆老人在机构养老的策略。方法通过信息系统及询问家属,收集2013年11月至2014年2月广州市老人院居住的77例痴呆老人的照顾费用情况。结果本组痴呆老人中,93.5%为中、重度痴呆者,女性、AD患者分别占63.6%、59.7%。痴呆老人每月照顾总费用为1672.0-8542.8元,平均（2723.9±1414.8）元,其中床位及伙食费占首位,其次为护理总费、医疗费;不同性别、文化程度以及不同婚姻状况、子女情况、月收入、痴呆严重程度的痴呆老人照顾费用差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论应加强痴呆老人的日常生活照护及康复训练,以延缓老人病情进展或恶化,减少照顾费用。

Objective To analyze the care cost of the aged with dementia in nursing institutions for the aged in Guangzhou. Methods Data related to care cost of the aged with dementia in Home for the Aged Guangzhou were collected through information system and relative investigation. Results Among 77 cases with dementia, 93.5% of them had moderate and severe dementia, and women patients and the patients with AD accounted for 63.6%, 59.7%, respectively. The average monthly care cost was （2723.9±1414.8） RMB, of which the expenditure for accommodation ranked the first, followed by nursing cost （31.3%） and medical fee （25.55%）. There was no significant difference in care cost among patients in terms of gender, education background, marital status, children, monthly income and severity of dementia （P〉0.05）. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen daily life care and rehabilitation training for the aged with dementia, so as to postpone disease progress or deterioration and thus reduce care cost.
