摘要
钛白粉是涂料中最重要的白色颜料之一,借助现代大型仪器可以快速对样品进行表征,同时结合已经非常成熟的钛白粉理论,就可以很快地完成对钛白粉及其包覆的评价。本文就X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜能谱(SEM/EDS)、透射电镜(TEM)、激光粒度仪和X射线荧光(XRF)等仪器的特点和在钛白粉及其包覆研究中的应用,结合具体实例进行讨论。
Titanium dioxide is one of the most important white pigments in coatings. Through the modern instruments, the samples can be quickly characterized. With the mature theory of titanium dioxide, titanium dioxide and its coated parts can be evaluated. The characteristics and the application of the X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope energy spectrum(SEM / EDS), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), laser particle size analyzer and X-ray fluorescence(XRF) in the study on titanium dioxide and inorganic coatings are discussed with specific examples.
