闭合性肘关节后脱位伴隐匿性肱动脉断裂1例

A case of covered brachial artery disruption following closed elbow dislocation

闭合性肘关节脱位合并肱动脉断裂临床上较少见,肱动脉断裂后出现的桡动脉搏动消失或前臂出现缺血症状时容易被发现,及时修复肱动脉可避免前臂出现缺血性疼痛、肌痉挛、甚至肢体坏死等严重后果。然而,肘关节后脱位致肱动脉完全断裂后,仍可触及桡动脉搏动临床上实属罕见。现将我院诊治的闭合性肘关节后脱位伴隐匿性肱动脉断裂1例报告如下。

Closed elbow dislocation combined with fracture of brachial artery is rare in clinic,brachial artery rupture after the radial pulse disappears or forearm ischemia occurs when the symptoms can easily be found,timely repair of brachial artery to avoid ischemic forearm pain,spasm,or even necrosis of limbs and other serious consequences.However,after the brachial artery induced by posterior dislocation of the elbow fracture,can still touch the radial pulse is rare in clinic.Now my hospital for treatment of closed elbow dislocation associated with occult fracture of brachial artery 1cases reported.
