The progress in neurological prognosticators after cardiopulmonary resuscitation

心搏骤停（cardiac arrest,CA）严重威胁着人类的健康,每年全世界范围内每10万人口中就有50～110例心脏骤停发生。随着急救医疗技术水平的提高,越来越多CA的患者经过积极有效的CPR能够恢复自主循环,但仍有患者会在度过院前复苏阶段进入重症加强治疗病房后死亡。CA后全脑细胞缺血-再灌注造成的脑损害是影响预后的主要原因。

As the improvement of cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR）during the past decade,prognostication has become an integral part of post-resuscitation care.Here we review and update the evidence on predictors of outcome in adult comatose survivors of cardiac arrest,and suggest a reliable prognostication strategy.
