低位微生物发酵床养猪舍的设计与应用 被引量:2

摘要 新型低位微生物发酵床是在传统漏缝地板的下方建设发酵床,由漏缝地板与发酵床结合形成。低位微生物发酵床利用谷壳、锯糠、椰糠做垫料,加入微生物发酵剂,混合搅拌,平铺在发酵床内。发酵床表面建立一个轨道运行的翻堆蛟龙,定期翻堆混合垫料。猪群排泄物通过人工收集或经漏缝地板漏到发酵床上,经微生物发酵,消除臭味,分解粪污,发酵产生有机肥,达到养猪污染治理的目的。 Novel separated fermentation bed is usually built under the traditional barns with slatted floor and fermentation bed.The fermentation bed utilizes plant waste such as rice husk,straw and coconut chaff as mattress materials.The mattress material is mixed with microbe starter,and then laid in the fermentation bed with plowing machine.The pig excrement is collected by workers or discharges to the fermentation bed directly,and is mixed with mattress material by turning machine.Then,the pig feces are decomposed and consumed by microbes and fermented into organic fertilizer.This novel pig raising system has obvious advantages in economic,ecological and social aspects,and has a very promising application potential.
