产γ-氨基丁酸植物乳杆菌对小鼠生长、血清抗氧化能力及盲肠菌群的影响 被引量:5

Effects of γ-aminobutyric acid-producing Lactobacillus plantarum on growth performance,serum antioxidant capacity and caecalmicroflora in mice

摘要 为研究产γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)植物乳杆菌GA8对小鼠生长性能、血清抗氧化能力和盲肠菌群的影响,将60只昆明系小鼠随机分成5组,试验1、2、3组小鼠饮用水中分别添加1×106、2×106和4×106 cfu/mL的产GABA植物乳杆菌GA8,对照组在饮用水和日粮中不添加任何制剂,GABA组在日粮中加入15μg/g GABA,小鼠饲喂30d后,检测其生长性能、血清抗氧化能力及盲肠菌群结构。饲喂产GABA植物乳杆菌GA8后,试验3组小鼠末重和平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其他组间无明显差异;试验1、2、3组的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性都有提高,丙二醛(MDA)含量降低,但差异不显著;试验3组较对照组大肠杆菌明显减少(P<0.01),乳杆菌明显增加(P<0.05),试验1、2组肠球菌减少(P<0.05),其他差异不显著;采用PCRDGGE技术分析,试验1、2、3组和GABA组肠道菌群的多样性指数、均匀度和丰富度均高于对照组。结果表明产GABA植物乳杆菌GA8能明显提高小鼠的生长性能、促进有益菌生长和抑制有害菌繁殖,对血清抗氧化能力有一定的影响。 Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups. Test group 1,2,3 were fed basal diet and given drinking water containing 1 × 10^6, 2 × 10^6 and 4 × 10^6 cfu/mL GABA-producing Lactobacillus plantarum GA8, respectively. GABA group was fed the basal diet supplemented with GABA 15 μg/g and given distilled water. Control group was fed the basal diet and given distilled water. After 30 days, growth performance, serum antioxidant capacity and caecal microflora of mice were investigated. The final weight and average daily gain (ADG) of Test group 3 were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05), while there was no significant differences between other groups; Total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and total superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of the test groups were increased, and malondialdehyde (MDA) was decreased, but the difference was not significanh Compared with the control group, the number of Lactobacilli of Test group 3 was increased (P〈0.05) and E. coli was decreased,and Enterococcus of Test group 1 and Test group 2 were increased (P〈0.05), while there was no significant differences between other groups; The diversity index,evenness and richness of intestinal flora in Test group 1,2,3 and GABA group were higher than those in control group by PCR-DGGE. The results showed that γ-aminobutyric acid-producing L. plantarum GA8 can improve the growth performance, promote the growth of beneficial bacteria and inhibit harmful bacteria multiply, and have a certain effect on serum antioxidant capacity in mice.
