摘要
在公司全面推行产线精益六西格玛管理项目的大形势,结合作业区,战线长,工作环境较差,皮带基础保护设施不完善,皮带机事故频繁发生等现状。特别是小混料中含有的除尘灰,每次运输时,易造成扬尘。在现有的设备基础条件下,经过一系列的技术改造,精细化管理,全面优化升级各生产系统,并全面推行生产组织精细化管理,保正常生产运行。
In the company fully implementing lean six sigma management project of production line of big situation, combined with operating region, long front, poor working environment, belt infrastructure protection is not perfect, belt machine accidents and so on. Especially small mixture containing dust, every time transportation, easy to cause dust. On the basis of the existing equipment conditions, after a series of technical innovation, fine management, comprehensively upgrading the production system, and fully implementing the production organization of fine management, guarantee the normal production run.
