唐钢中厚板公司炼铁厂2#1780m3高炉快速大修主要技术特点是：矮胖型的炉体结构，较上代炉役加深了死铁层深度；“大块炭砖＋陶瓷杯”复合炉底、炉缸结构；出铁场平坦化处理，改善了出铁场劳动环境；顶燃式热风炉燃烧器由外置式烧嘴（金属套筒式燃烧器）改造为旋切式燃烧器。

The main technical features of 2 # 1780 m3 blast furnace rapid overhaul ：The blast furnace structure is dumpy furnace shape,Compared to the previous generation blast furnace, deepen the dead iron layer depth;The composite bottom and hearth structure is made up of ＂Large block of carbon brick ＋ ceramic cup＂ ;The casthouse is designed to be fiat,then improve the environment of the casthouse;The top-combustion hot-blast stove burner adopt the whirl type instead of external type（metal sleeve type ）.
