摘要
从工艺设计角度,详细分析大规格棒材半连轧生产线连轧机组孔型系统、延伸系数分配和轧制规程的选择和计算规律,并用提出的计算方法分析45#钢典型规格棒材在不同轧制温度、轧制道次下的轧制力、力矩及轧制功率。
From the process design point of view, the paper researches the selection and calculation roles of the pass shape, elongation distribution and rolling schedule of large-bar continuous rolling mills, and uses the proposed calculation method to analyse the rolling force, torque and power of 45# grade Steel bars with typical dimensions under different rolling temperature and passes.
