摘要
介绍铡刀剪的一种典型结构,分析铡刀剪剪切过程中钢板剪切区的变化情况,用富姆公式计算厚度为6mm的钢板所需的剪切力。根据剪切过程的实际情况,用ANSYS/LS-Dyna建立剪切过程的有限元模型,通过模拟分析得到剪切6.0 mm厚钢板的最佳剪刃间隙为0.4 mm,剪切力为112.8 kN。
The paper analyzes the change of the cut zone on steel plates during the cutting operation of frame shears, a type of typical shears. The cutting force needed to cut steel plate 6mm thick is calculated with Foum formula, The FEA model that is established with ANSYS/LS-Dyna based on the actual cutting process works out the optimal knife gap is 0.4 mm and maximum cutting force is 112.8 kN for cutting steel plate 0.6 mm thick.
