详细介绍一种二十辊轧机压下及径向辊形调整机构的工作原理,以及该机构中关键部件-凸度调整装置的作用。设计出凸度调整装置中的关键零件-外偏心环的精磨用辅具,介绍辅具的工作原理和优点。分析外偏心环的加工难点。通过实际生产证明这种辅具可以有效保证外偏心环的制造精度在0.005 mm以内,同时可以实现外偏心环的批量生产,提高加工效率,降低制造成本。
The paper explains how the screw-down and radial roll crown adjustment system works in a 20-H rolling mill and the function of the outer eccentric ring - a critical part of the roll crown adjustment. The paper also describes the working concept and advantages of a special tool that has been designed for the fine grinding of the outer eccentric ring, which can overcome the difficulty inthe grinding. The practice proves that with this tool, the dimension precision of the outer eccentric ring can be maintained within 0.005 mm. and the outer eccentric ring can be made in batch, which increases the working efficiency and decreases the cost.
