Problem Analysis and Experience Summary of Two Years Project Quality Management Action in Tengzhou

山东省滕州市建筑市场近几年蓬勃发展,开发和建设量大幅度增加,突出反映出在建工程项目数量多,日常监督管理难度大,施工企业技术水平参差不齐,项目负责人管理不到位、施工技术资料时效性差等问题。结合住房和城乡建设部开展"工程质量治理两年行动",对滕州市在建项目监督执法检查中发现的问题进行分析,并对"行动"中创新监督模式和经验进行总结,以便为今后提供借鉴参考。

The construction market of Tengzhou has been booming during recent years. Development and construction quantity increased,highlight reflected a number of projects under construction project,the daily supervision and management difficulty was big,the construction enterprise technology level was uneven,project management did not reach the designated position,the issue such as difference of construction technology of data timeliness. Combined with the ＂Two Years Project Quality Management Action＂ launched by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,it is essential to analyze and summarize the problems found during the process of supervising and inspecting the projects under construction in Tengzhou. Meanwhile,to summarize innovated mode of supervising and experience during the campaign was also required for reference in the future.
