摘要 轨道交通在城市人口密集区域施工,工程本体、水文地质、周边环境都对工程建设造成极大难度。高难度、非常规状态下的施工对工程监督造成了一定的困难。论文从上海实施的监督管理理念出发,深入浅出剖析了关键节点条件验收制度实施的细则和实例,对轨道交通建设工程质量安全监督有一定借鉴作用。 Rail transit was often construction in city's densely populated areas, complex engineering, bad hydrological geology and surrounding environment caused great difficulty to urban rail traffic construction, and this high-risk and unusual large scale construction caused serious challenges to our municipal supervision. Based on implementation of the concept of municipal supervision in Shanghai, this article compact analyzed the implementation conditions of the key nodes acceptance system in rules and examples. Our work was a good reference for municipal supervision in urban rail traffic.
