为规范建筑市场秩序,有效保障工程质量,促进建筑业持续健康发展,宣城市认真落实工程质量治理行动。文章首先对全市落实工程质量治理两年行动的相关情况进行概述,在此基础上,对全市在规范质量检测、促进工程监理发挥作用、创新建设工程质量保证金管理等方面所进行的探索和尝试进行了阐述。

In order to regulate the construction market order,effectively ensure the quality of the project,and promote the sustained and healthy development of the construction industry,Xuancheng seriously implement the project quality control action. Firstly,the relevant circumstances of the city to implement the project quality control two actions were summarized,on this basis,to explore the city in the standardization of quality inspection,and promote the project supervision function,innovation of construction engineering quality management and other aspects of the margin and tries to explain. Finally,the establishment of long-term project quality management mechanism was prospected.
