随着人们维权意识的增强,以及对建设工程质量要求的提高,工程质量检测这一手段的重要性与日俱增,用数据说话已成为衡量房屋质量的基本准则。笔者通过工作实践,探讨进一步强化质量检测监管的具体方法。

With people＇s increased awareness of rights protection and the improvement of construction quality requirements,taking engineering quality tests was becoming increasingly important. As a result,statistics were the basic measure of the housing quality. On the basis of the working experience,the author studied the concrete method to further strengthen the detection and supervision of construction quality.
