摘要
深坑酒店作为世界上唯一一座建造于废弃矿坑中的五星级酒店,设计独特,工程质量要求高,矿坑内崖壁陡峭、断面不规则、深度较深,给深坑酒店工程质量管理带来了前所未有的挑战。深坑酒店工程通过运用BIM技术及信息化技术解决了不规则深坑内工程测量放线精度控制、坑底阶梯式大体积回填混凝土质量控制、支座大梁质量控制等质量难题,提高了质量管理效率,保证了工程的顺利实施。
Shanghai Shimao Sheshan Pit Hotel was the only one five-star hotel in the world built in abandoned mines,the unique design,engineering high quality requirements,deep pit in the steep cliffs,section irregular,depth to pit hotel engineering quality management brought unprecedented challenges. Pit hotel engineering by using BIM Technology and information technology to solve the irregular deep pit engineering surveying alignment accuracy control,at the bottom of the ladder type large volume Backfill Concrete Quality control,support beam quality control etc.,the quality problem and to improve the efficiency of quality management,to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
