摘要
利用牵伸对前、后弯钩纤维不同的伸直效应 ,分析精梳机对前、后弯钩纤维不同的梳理效率和准备机械成卷结构的特点 ,考虑并合与牵伸对半成品条干的综合影响 ,对现行三种准备工艺路线进行了量化对比分析。量化是在设定的某纤维弯钩长度上进行的 ,引入了舒展长度、警界长度、弯钩剩余长度、换位次数、伸长比及条干恶化指标等新概念 ,对判断精梳准备牵伸工艺的优劣 ,提出了理论根据。
Based on the straightening effect of drawing on the leading hook fiber and tail hook fiber, the combing efficiency of head-hook fiber and tail-hook fiber by comber and the features of lap mechanism on the preparation machinery are analyzed. In consideration of the overall effect of mixing and drawing on the evenness of semi-finished product, three present preparation process routes are comparatively quantificational analyzed. The quantification is on the hook length of set fiber, and new terms such as extending length, warning length, residual length of hook, transposition number, elongation ratio and deterioration index of evenness etc. are introduced. The theory references that evaluate the advantage and disadvantage of drawing process for combing preparation are also put forward.
