中医药院校大学生创业意愿及创业需求的调查研究——以南方某中医药院校为例

Investigation on TCM college students' entrepreneurial intentions and needs——A case study of a southern TCM college

近年来,中医药院校创新创业教育不断加强,通过了解学生的创业意愿和创业需求,主要内容包括:学生的创业意愿,选择自主创业的原因,认为对自主创业最有帮助的在校活动,认为对自主创业最有效的扶持措施等内容,为学校进一步做好创业教育和创业服务工作提供决策参考。在实施问卷调查和数据分析的基础上,提出以下建议措施:1下大力气实施好创业教育;2注重加强师资队伍建设;3积极谋划创业基金制度;4着力开展创业素质评估;5努力营造校园创业文化。

TCM colleges and universities have increased their innovation and entrepreneurship education in recent years. A questionnaire survey was conducted to understand students＇ entrepreneurial intentions and needs, which mainly included the following contents： students＇ entrepreneurial intention, the reason for self-employment, oncampus activity most beneficial for self-employment, supportive measure most effective for self-employment. On the basis of the investigation and data analysis, the following suggestions were raised. Entrepreneurship education should be conducted with great efforts. Teaching staff construction should be reinforced. Entrepreneurship foundation system should be established. Entrepreneurial quality evaluation should be conducted. Entrepreneurial culture should be built on campus.
