摘要
在 15 11M型有梭织机上将无机纤维增强金属铅丝织成铅网 ,用作铅酸蓄电池板栅 ,对该机型的投梭机构、引纬机构、投梭动程及梭子结构进行了重新设计 ,并列举了投梭具体工艺参数 ,认为改造后生产的铅网能满足铅酸蓄电池板栅的要求。
On the 1511M shuttle loom, the lead fiber reinforced with inorganic fiber is woven into lead web, and which is used as the grid of lead-acid accumulator. The picking mechanism, filling insertion mechanism, pick travel and shuttle structure of this shuttle loom are redesigned. The concrete pick parameters are also given out. After the reformation, the product can meet the demand of the grid in lead-acid accumulator.
