益气清热养阴中药复方对肺癌晚期恶病质小鼠的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察益气清热养阴中药复方对肺癌晚期恶病质小鼠的影响。方法:SPF级C57BL/6小鼠60只,随机选取12只作为正常对照组,其余48只在成功建立Lewis肺癌胸膜转移恶病质模型后采用随机数字表法分为模型组、益气清热养阴中药复方组、消炎痛组和顺铂组各12只,模型组与正常对照组给予等体积生理盐水。观察各组体质量、饲料消耗情况、血清细胞因子水平及肿瘤组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及其受体表达的变化情况。结果:给药8 d后,益气清热养阴中药复方组小鼠血清CEA、NSE、Pro GRP水平,外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平及肿瘤组织TNF-R1表达显著高于顺铂组(P<0.05),血清TNF-α、IL-6含量及肿瘤组织TNF-α、TNF-R2表达显著低于顺铂组(P<0.05)。结论:益气清热养阴中药复方对肺癌晚期恶病质具有显著的调节作用,其机制可能与调节免疫水平及炎症细胞因子表达有关。 Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqiyangyin formula on advanced lung cancer cachexia mice. Methods: 60 C57 BL /6inbred mice( SPF) were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,Yiqiyangyin formula group,indomethacin group,and cisplatin group,with 12 mice in each group. Model group and normal control group were treated with the same amount of normal saline. Except for the normal control group,the mice of the other groups were built with Lewis lung cancer model. The changes of the level of body mass,feed consumption,serum cytokine,the expression of TNF-α and its receptor were observed. Results: After eight days of treatment,compared with cisplatin group,the levels of CEA,NSE,Pro GRP in serum,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/ CD8+levels in serum peripheral blood and TNF-R1 expressions in tumor tissues of Yiqiyangyin formula group were increased( P〈0. 05),the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 and the expressions of TNF-α and TNF-R2 in tumor tissues of Yiqiyangyin formula group were significantly decreased( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Yiqiyangyin formula affects on advanced lung cancer cachexia,which may be related to the regulation of the immune and inflammatory cytokines expression.
