综合干预措施对骨科清洁手术部位感染控制的效果评价

Effects of comprehensive interventions on surgical site infections in orthopedic clean-operation

目的探讨综合干预措施对骨科清洁手术部位感染的控制效果。方法回顾性调查2013年胶州市某医院骨科清洁手术患者的基本情况和手术部位感染的发生率,自2014年开始对所有骨科清洁手术患者采取综合干预措施,记录患者基本情况,观察综合干预措施的实施是否能够降低骨科清洁手术的手术部位感染发生率。结果干预前调查365例骨科清洁手术患者,发生手术部位感染共12例,干预后调查493例骨科清洁手术患者,发生手术部位感染共6例,SSI发生率由3.29%下降至1.22%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.378,P=0.036）,尤其是器官腔隙感染的发生率明显下降。结论综合干预措施能够有效降低骨科清洁手术的手术部位感染发生率,尤其是器官腔隙感染的发生率。

Objective To evaluate the effects of comprehensive interventions on surgical site infections in orthopedic clean - op- eration. Methods The patients underwent orthopedic clean - operation in 2013 were investigated retrospectively. The clinical in- formation and the presence of surgical site infection were recorded. To explore the effectiveness of comprehensive interventions, they were performed on all patients who underwent orthopedic clean - operation since January of 2014. The clinical information and the presence of surgical site infection was also recorded and compared with that of 2013. Results A total of 365 patients of orthopedic clean - operation were reviewed before the comprehensive intervention and there were 12 cases of surgical site infection recorded. A total of 493 patients of orthopedic clean - surgery under the surveillance of comprehensive intervention were recorded and there were 6 cases of surgical site infection. The incidence rate of surgical site infection rate dropped from 3.29% in 2013 to 1.22% in 2014, and the tendency is more significant with the infection in organ space. The difference was statistically significant （χ2 = 4. 378, P = 0. 036）. Conclusion Comprehensive intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of surgical site infec- tion, especially the infection in organ space, in orthopedic clean -operation.
