乌兰察布市布鲁氏菌临床分离株种型鉴定研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的鉴定临床分离的布鲁氏菌的种型,为布病防控提供参考。方法用细菌染色法初步判定,用BCSP31-PCR和AMOS-PCR方法进行确证和种型鉴定。结果 10株实验菌株革兰氏染色呈阴性,柯氏染色呈红色;BCSP31-PCR扩增均有清晰明亮约223 bp大小的基因片段;AMOS-PCR将实验菌株鉴定为羊种布鲁氏菌。结论实验分离鉴定的10株布鲁氏菌均为羊种布鲁氏菌,证实羊种布鲁氏菌为乌兰察布市的主要流行菌种,建议强化动物布病的防控。 Objective Identification species and type of clinical isolates Brucella, to provide reference for the prevention and con- trol of brucellosis. Methods Bacterial staining method was used to preliminary determination, confirm and species identification by BCSP31 - PCR and AMOS - PCR. Results The 10 test strains Gram Staining was negative, and the Kovac's Staining was red; BCSP31 -PCR amplification show a clear and bright about 223bp size of gene fragments, test strains was identified as Brucella rnelitensis by AMOS - PCIL Coulusion Test strain in this experiment were all Brucella melitensis. It was confirmed that the B melitensis was the major epidemic species in the region, suggestions to strengthen the prevention and control of animal brucellosis.
