摘要
班主任是班级的组织者、领导者和教育者,是引导学生全面发展的引路人。文章以小学生写"班级日记"为例,阐述了班主任在班级管理中的智慧。
The teacher in charge of the class is not only the organizer, the leader and the educator of a class but also the guide of the comprehensive development of pupils. This article discusses the wisdom of class management as a teacher in charge of class based on a case study of writing class diary by pupils.
