摘要
文章通过问卷方式调查了南疆三地州特岗教师的工作现状,分析了南疆三地州农村特岗教师工作上存在的实际问题,并提出解决对策与建议。
This article investigates the current working status of special post teachers in the three prefectures of South Xinjiang though questionnaire. In addition, it analyzes the problems the teachers are faced with in their work, and provides some suggestions and solutions.
