枸橼酸氯米芬、人类绝经期促性腺激素、人绒毛膜促性腺激素联合治疗内分泌失调性不孕症的效果观察

Observation on Efficacy of Clomiphene Citrate,Human Menopausal Gonadotropin and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin in Treatment of Endocrine Dysfunctional Infertility

目的:探讨枸橼酸氯米芬、人类绝经期促性腺激素、人绒毛膜促性腺激素联合治疗内分泌失调性不孕症的临床效果。方法:选取2013年1月—2015年12月鹰潭市人民医院收治的内分泌失调性不孕症患者60例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组患者给予雌孕激素治疗,观察组患者给予枸橼酸氯米芬+人类绝经期促性腺激素+人绒毛膜促性腺激素联合治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,2组患者的血清黄体生成素和卵泡刺激素均较治疗前明显升高,且观察组患者升高幅度更大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个周期后,观察组患者的排卵率、妊娠率分别为90.00%(27/30)、63.33%(19/30),显著高于对照组的66.67%(20/30)、36.67%(11/30),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),显著高于对照组的70.00%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枸橼酸氯米芬、人类绝经期促性腺激素、人绒毛膜促性腺激素联合治疗内分泌失调性不孕症,可有效改善性激素水平,提高排卵率、妊娠率。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical effects of clomiphene citrate,human menopausal gonadotropinand human chorionic gonadotropin in treatment of endocrine dysfunctional infertility. METHODS： 60 patients with endocrine dysfunctional infertility admitted into Yingtan People＇s Hospital from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 30 cases in each. The control group were treated with estrogen and progesterone,while the observation group received clomiphene citrate,human menopausal gonadotropin and human chorionic gonadotropin. The treatment effects of two groups were compared.RESULTS： After treatment,the serum luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone of two groups increased significantly,and the increase range of observation group was larger,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment of three cycles,the ovulation rate,pregnancy rate of observation group were respectively 90. 00%（ 27 /30） and63. 33%（ 19 /30）,significantly higher than those of control group [66. 67%（ 20 /30） and 36. 67%（ 11 /30） ],with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 93. 33%（ 28 /30）,significantly higher than that of control group [70. 00%（ 21 /30） ],with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS：Clomiphene citrate,human menopausal gonadotropin and human chorionic gonadotropin in treatment of endocrine dysfunctional infertility can effectively improve the level of sex hormone,improve ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
