郭维琴教授从脾胃论治高脂血症临床经验

Professor GUO Weiqin's experience on hyperlipidemia

郭维琴教授认为高脂血症属中医污血病范畴,基本病机为脾虚、痰瘀互阻。郭教授治疗高脂血症注重从脾胃入手,健脾补虚治其本,同时消瘀化痰治其标。临床据兼夹症不同又分为4型进行辨证论治:痰湿内阻型治以健脾化痰祛湿,肝郁脾虚型治以疏肝健脾、养血活血,痰热腑实型治以清热通腑化痰,痰瘀互阻型治以健脾化痰、活血化瘀。

Professor GUO Weiqin points out that hyperlipidemia belongs to grimy blood in traditional Chinese medicine. The basic pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia is mutual resistance of spleen deficiency and phlegm-blood stasis. Professor GUO attaches great importance to reinforce deficiency,invigorate the spleen to tonify the root,meanwhile,eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis to treat the manifestations. She divides hyperlipidemia into four main pattern types and make treatment based on syndrome differentiation： stagnation of phlegm-dampness pattern treated with the method of invigorating the spleen for eliminating dampness and phlegm; stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency pattern treated with the method of soothing the liver,invigorating the spleen,tonifying and activating blood; phlegm pyretic and fu-organ sthenia pattern treated with the method of clearing heat,resolving phlegm and relaxing bowels;phlegm and blood stasis pattern treated with invigorating the spleen and promoting blood circulation to eliminate phlegm and remove blood stasis.
