摘要
冠心病心力衰竭是临床常见病,病死率高。郭维琴教授认为该病的病机是本虚标实,以阳气亏虚为本,以血瘀水停为标,治疗上以益气温阳、活血利水为基本治法,临床应用益气泻肺汤辨病论治心力衰竭,疗效显著。
Heart failure due to coronary heart disease is a common disease with high mortality. Professor GUO Weiqin believes the pathogenesis is deficient root and excessive manifestation,which means the root cause is yang deficiency,and the manifestation is blood stasis and fluid stagnation. Therefore,the basic treating principle should be benefiting qi for warming yang and promoting blood circulation for diuresis.In clinic,Yiqi Xiefei Decoction shows good effect.
