叙事医学在构建新型医患关系进程中的应用

The application of narrative medicine in conducting new type of doctor-patient relationship

和谐的医患关系是和谐社会的重要组成部分,近年来医患矛盾突出,成为社会关注的焦点,构建新型医患关系成为当前医疗改革的重要课题。从中西方叙事医学的角度出发,探讨叙事医学在构建新型医患关系进程中的作用,明确提高医护人员的人文关怀能力、叙事能力,完善中医平行病历以及提升医护工作者的医德、医术在医患良性互动中的作用,为新型医患关系的建立提供理论指导。

The harmonious doctor-patient relationship is an important part of harmonious society. Recently,doctor-patient contradiction is becoming a focal social problem. Therefore,building a new type doctor-patient relationship is an important project of medical reform. This paper aims to discuss the effect of narrative medicine from the perspective of Chinese and western narrative medicine,to identify the improvement of human care and narrative ability of medical staff,to perfect the traditional Chinese medical parallel cases,as well as to improve the effect of medical ethics and medical skills on doctor-patient benign interaction,thus to provide theoretical direction for a new doctor-patient relationship.
