摘要
目的了解肺炎患者的临床用药分布及常用中西药物联合使用情况。方法采用真实世界研究的理念,利用频数统计及关联规则分析方法,选取全国19家三级甲等医院的医院信息系统中2003年1月—2011年8月期间住院的33 123例肺炎患者为研究对象,分析肺炎患者中使用频率较高的中药和西药及其联合使用情况。结果通过分析发现,从药物名称看,复方甘草口服液联合阿奇霉素使用频率最高,其支持度为6.31%;从药物类别看,中药清热解毒剂联合西药化痰药使用频率最高,其支持度为26.81%。结论复方甘草口服液联合阿奇霉素是临床治疗肺炎最常用的中药与抗生素联合用药方案,清热解毒剂联合化痰药是临床治疗肺炎最常用的中西药联合用药方案。
Objective To investigate clinical medicine distribution and common drug combination of pneumonia patients. Methods The concept of real world research was adopted,and the frequency associated and statistic rules analysis were used to analyze the most frequency Chinese and western medicine,as well as the drug combination. The research included 33 123 inpatients with pneumonia from January2003 to August 2011 in 19 third-class one-grade hospital all over the country. Results Through the analysis,according to the drug names,the most common drug pairs were compound glycyrrhiza oral solution combined with azithromycin,and the support rate was 6. 31%; according to drug types,the most common drugs were clearing heat and removing toxicity formula combined with dissipating phlegm drugs of western medicine,and the support rate was 26. 81%. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhiza oral solution combined with azithromycin was the most common drug combination of antibiotic and herbs,and clearing heat and removing toxicity formula combined with dissipating phlegm drugs was the most common drug combination of Chinese and western meidicine.
