摘要
将"自编自演"学生标准化病人(SSP)教学模式初次应用于中医内科学见习课程实践,以见习学生为主体,以学生小组为单位,通过团队协作、情景设置、角色扮演,完整地模拟一个病证的典型证候患者的临床就诊过程。将情景教学法寓于其中,经过反复实践,在增强学生主动学习能力和协作意识,创设模拟情景、化解教学难度,设定医生角色、提高医患沟通能力,设定患者角色、达到共情目的,缓解典型标准化病人(SP)的匮乏、减少教学支出等方面收效良好,对同时存在的不足,提出相应的改进措施,具有一定的教学实践意义。
The teaching model of "self-directed and performed"student standardized patients( SSP) was firstly carried out in the probation period of internal Chinese medicine,taking the probationers as subjects and group as unit,which simulated the complete diagnosis and treatment procedure of a patients with certain typical pattern through team cooperation,profile setting and role playing. With the situational teaching method involved,the teaching model of "self-directed and performed"SSP achieved good results in increasing probationers' activity and cooperation,acting and decreasing the teaching difficulties,designing the physician characters to improve the communication skills of physicians-patients,designing the patient characters to achieve empathy effects,reducing the deficiency of typical standardized patients and the expenditure on teaching. In addition,the model helped to find out the weakness and improvement method,which has practical significance on teaching.
