摘要
目的了解浙江某制药厂噪声工作环境下的工人的听力水平。方法对该制药厂参与体检的工人行纯音气导听阂测试,并用声级计对生产车间进行噪声强度检测。结果该制药厂9个生产车间噪声水平均高于90dB(A);工人听力异常检出率随年龄、工龄的增加而增加(P〈0.05)。结论暴露于噪声工作环境且防护不当是导致药厂车间工人听力损失的主要原因。
Objective To understand the hearing status of workers in the noise working environment of a pharmaceutical factory in Zhejiang Province. Methods They received pure tone audiometry and use the sound level meter to measure noise intensities of the pharmaceutical production workshop.Results The noise levels of the nine production workshops at the pharmaceutical factory were higher than 90 dB(A). The rate of abnormal hearing in the workers increased with age and working years(P〈0.05).Conclusion Working in noise environment without ideal protection were the main reason leading to the workers' hearing loss in the pharmaceutical factory.
