The Clinical Efficacy and Safety of all Frequency Hearing Loss by Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Associated with Intravenous Infusion Treatment Inside Cabin

摘要目的探讨高压氧（hyperbaric oxygen，HBO）联合舱内静脉输液治疗对全频听力下降突发性耳聋（sudden deafness，SD）的临床疗效，并进行安全性评估。方法将我院收冶的全频下降SD患者186例（186耳）分为舱外组、舱内组、对照组各62例（62耳），并对患者疗效进行组闾分析比较。结果平坦下降型、全聋型SD患者的治疗总有效率，舱内组和舱外组均优于对照组，且舱内组优于舱外组（P〈0．05）。结论HBO联合舱内静脉输液是安全的治疗方式，对全频下降型SD患者总体疗效最佳。 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of all frequency hearing loss by hyperbaric oxygen therapy associated with intravenous infusion treatment inside cabin,and evaluate its safety. Methods 186 patients （186 ears） with sudden deafness were divided into three groups： the inside-cabin group（62）,the outside-cabin group（62）,and the control group（62）. The clinical efficacy was compared among three groups. Results The total treatment effectiveness of the inside-cabin group and the outside-cabin group were better than the control group. The total treatment effectiveness of the inside- cabin group was better than the outside-cabin group. Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen combined with intravenous infusion was safe treatment mode, the total treatment effectiveness on SD was the best.
