摘要
生命质量评价量表是测评老年人群生命质量的主要工具,选择适宜的评价量表可测定和了解老年人群生命质量状况.按照量表的适用对象,老年人群生命质量评价量表可分为普适性量表和专用量表两大类,然而普适性量表针对的是一般人群,难以凸显老年人群的特点,不能全面反映老年人群健康相关生命质量各方面的具体情况.因此,需进一步研发适合我国国情的老年人群生命质量测定量表.
It is critical to chose appropriate instruments to assess the quality of life in elderly population.There are two types of assessment instruments applied at the present：the universal instruments and special instrument for elderly.However,the universal instruments are designed for general population and not always fit for elderly population.This article reviews the current status of application of quality of life assessment scales for the elderly;and suggests that it is necessary to develop health-related quality of life assessment scales,which are suitable for the elderly population in China.
