活血复脉丸质量标准研究

Investigation on Quality Standard of Huoxue Fumai Pills

目的：建立活血复脉丸的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法鉴别活血复脉丸中丹参、三七、延胡索；采用高效液相色谱法测定丹酚酸B的含量。结果：薄层鉴别色谱中特征斑点明显，重复性较好。丹酚酸B在0．2020-4．0400μg呈良好的线性关系，丹酚酸B的平均回收率为101．4％（n=6），RSD=0．7％（n=6）。结论：通过研究建立了活血复脉丸的质量标准。

Objective： To establish a quality standard of Huoxue Fumai Pills. Methods： Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. , Panax notoginseng （Burk.） F.H. Chen and Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang in Huoxue Fumai Pills were identified by TLC. Salviandic acid B in Huoxue Fumai PiUs was determined by HPLC, Results： Characteristic spots could be detected by TLC and the method had good reproducibility. The linear range of salviandic acid B was 0. 203 6 - 2. 850 4 μg （ r = 0. 999 9） . The average recovery rate was 101.4% and RSD was 0. 7% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The established method can be used for the quality control of Huoxue Fumai Pills.
