离子风机故障研究与保养维护

摘要 对于电子元器件较多的生产车间,要格外加强防静电意识,而离子风机在防静电中起了至关重要的作用。离子风机利用尖端放电原理(尖端放电属于电晕现象的一种),通过放电针电离空气从而实现消除静电的目的。目前控制器生产车间分布了大量的离子风机,因此保证离子风机正常工作成为了研究的必要课题,重点在于离子风机的故障分析、日常维护和长期保养。 For many electronic components production workshop, it's very important and necessary to strengthen the awareness of the anti-static. Ionizing blower has played a vital role in the electrostatic protection. Tip discharge principle which is a kind of corona phenomenon has been used in ionizing blower -which spray point can ionize air under high voltage to achieve the purpose of eliminating static electricity. At present, there are many ionizing blowers in controller workshop. Making sure ionizing blower can work becomes a necessary research which importance is fault analyzing and normal maintenance.
