摘要 在"一带一路"建设稳步推进的背景下,中国面临从海运大国向海运强国转变的艰巨任务,中国的海事仲裁也面临国际话语权体系建设、切实提高海运软实力的重要历史机遇。在当前全球经济持续疲软、国际贸易增长乏力的大背景下,我国提出"一带一路"倡议,不但契合沿线国家的共同需求,为沿线国家优势互补、开放发展开启了新的机遇之窗,更对我国现代化建设和屹立于世界的领导地位具有深远的战略意义。 Under the background of the steady progress of 'One Belt and One Road' proposal construction, China is facing the arduous task of the shift from a big marine country to a powerful marine one. China's maritime arbitration is also facing the important historical opportunity of the international discourse system construction and the practical improvement of the soft shipping power. Being the shipping legal services of high-end industry, international maritime arbitration is one of the most important aspects of the competition and popularity of the Europe and the United States maritime industry. 'London Arbitration' accounted for 45% of the industry revenue, a year of maritime arbitration and related shipping services revenue. Therefore, maritime arbitration also is an importantsymbol of judging national marine soft strength.
