Different Methods for Treating Elderly Patients with Unstable Distal Radius Fractures Effect Comparison

目的：研究老年不稳定桡骨远端骨折运用不同方法治疗的临床疗效.方法：选择2012年11月～2013年11月期间我院收治的老年不稳定桡骨远端骨折患者77例为研究对象,根据数字表法分为2组,其中给予对照组传统治疗,而观察组则运用有限内固定加外固定架治疗,对2组疗效进行比较.结果：观察组与对照组在术中出血量、手术时间方面比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;与对照组相比,观察组的优良率明显较高,比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;同时,相比较对照组而言,观察组的腕关节优良率明显较高,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：临床上运用有限内固定加外固定架治疗老年不稳定桡骨远端骨折,不仅可以缩短手术时间,还具有固定牢固、创伤小、疗效好等优点,值得推广运用.

Objective： to study the unstable distal radius fracture treatment the clinical curative effect of using different method. Methods： in November 2012 - November 2013 our hospital during the period of 77 cases of patients with unstable distal radius fracture as the research object, according to the digital meter method is divided into two groups, which gives the control group conventional treatment, while the observation group with limited internal fixation with external fixator treatment, two groups of curative effect in the comparison. Results： observation group and control group comparison in terms of intraoperative blood loss, operative time was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; Compared with control group, the ＇observation group was significantly higher, compare the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; At the same time, compared with the control group, the observation group was significantly higher, wrist comparative differences between groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the clinical use of limited internal fixation with external fixator to treat unstable distal radius fracture, can not only shorten the operation time, also has a fixed firmly, the advantages of small trauma, good curative effect, worth extending application.
