略谈台式单四极杆GC/MS仪的灵敏度

摘要 本文扼要地介绍了气相色谱一质谱联用仪(GC/MS)的关键技术指标——灵敏度,它的定义、测定及其快速发展的历史概况,并阐述了台式单四极杆GC/MS仪为增加离子产率、提高离子传输率和降低中性粒子噪声而在硬件上所作出的重大改进。结合我们在GC/MS检测过程中的实践,讨论了可能影响GC/MS灵敏度测定的8个因素,如色谱柱的规格、色谱程序升温速率、进样浓度、不分流时间设定、倍增器电压等。 In this paper the definition, measurement and its historical survey for rapid progress of the sensitivity - key technical specification for bench-top GC/MS were introduced briefly, and to elevate the sensitivity of GC/MS with single stage quadrupole the significant improvements of instrumental hardware aiming at increasing ion yield, enhancing ion transmission efficiency and decreasing the noise from neutral particles were described in detail. Combining with our practical experience, 8 items of factors which possibly affect sensitivity measure result were discussed, such as column dimension, programmed temperature rate, sample concentration, split less time sharing, SEM voltage etc.
