五日生化需氧量质控样品的测定关系到该指标实际样品测定准确与否,本文通过环保部标样所定位样品的测定,对现行最新国标方法一稀释与接种法测定的全程质量控制技术关键进行了探讨,详细的叙述了质控样品的整个测定流程,在标准方法的基础上更加细化步骤。检查空白稀释水、操作中尽量不进入气泡以及严格控制培养温度,能够确保结果的准确度和精密度,为五日生化需氧量的分析测定提供一个准确可靠的保证。
The determination of standard sample with biochemical oxygen demand after Five days is an important index to determine the accuracy of environmental monitoring results. This paper introduced the key technology of the latest revised national standard method--dilution and inoculation method in the whole determination process of sample quality on the basis of the standard approach to more detailed steps. The accuracy in determining BOD5 can be guaranteed by checking up the diluted water, avoiding introduction of bubbles and controlling the cultivation temperature strictly. It provided a reliable guarantee for the determination.
