摘要
本研究基于质谱仪原理和催化研究中逸出气体定量分析的需求,建立了在线质谱仪的定量分析方法,优化了气体取样设计,并采用催化研究常见气体CH4、CO2、O2和N2体系,对在线质谱分析系统和方法进行了考察。结果表明,该系统和方法具有检测速度快、线性范围宽、检出限低和稳定性好的优点,在催化逸出气体定量分析中具有极大的应用潜力。
A quantitative method was developed for evolved gas analysis in catalysis research with on-line mass spectrometer. The sample introduction system was improved to achieve the sample volume with high precision. The performance of the system was illustrated by the analysis of methane, carbon dioxide, oxygen and nitrogen. The advantages of high detection speed, wide linear range, low detection limit and excellent stability were well-demonstrated. It indicates the extensive potential applications for evolved gases analysis in catalysis research with on-line mass spectrometer.
