摘要
本文利用傅里叶变换红外光谱法对25个不同类型、不同颜色、不同产地的绳索样品进行了分析,依据红外光谱图中特征吸收峰峰数、峰位、相对峰面积或峰高比的差异进行鉴别区分。实验结果表明:25个绳索样品中,8个绳索样品的化学成分为涤纶,5个样品为聚乙烯,12个样品为聚丙烯,1个样品为纤维素纤维,其中22号样品绳外层为聚丙烯,内层为涤纶。可见红外光谱法能够快速、无损、准确地检验绳索纤维成分,是比较鉴别绳索纤维检材与比对样品异同性的有效方法。
In this paper, 25 kinds of rope samples with different types, different colors, different types were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, based on the difference of the characteristic absorption peak, peak position,relative peak area or peak height difference of the infrared spectrum. The experimental results showed that the main components of the 8 rope samples are polyester,3samples main component for polyethylene fiber,12 samples for polypropylene fiber, and 1 samples for cellulose fiber. Among them, the outer layer of the 22 sample ropes is polypropylene, and the inner layer is a polyester fiber. The method can be used to test the fiber composition of the rope quickly, accurately and without damage, and it is an effective method to identify the fiber samples and to compare the difference of the samples.
