摘要
随着新型材料的不断研发与应用,对碳、硫分析的准确性、速度及分离测定提出越来越高的要求。称样量、助熔剂及其加入量和顺序、标准样品等是影响碳、硫完全释放、转化和结果准确及溯源性的主要因素。本文结合文献和仪器实际情况,总结了在以上因素影响下不同材料的碳、硫分析方法,对开展高频红外法测定材料中碳、硫含量分析工作有一定帮助,也为同行提供了借鉴。
In the processes of development and application of new materials, greater demand will be set on the accuracy and speed of content analyzing of carbon and sulfur separately. The following factors such as weight of specimen, type and adding sequence of fluxing agent, choice of standard sample play a crucial role on the releasing and transforming of carbon and sulfur, by which the accuracy and traceability of the testing result is determined. Combined knowledges from literature and the characteristics of analyzers in used, analysis methods of carbon and sulfur content in several materials were summarized under concerning of the result affecting factors. The proposed conclusions will be helpful in similar content analysis of carbon and sulfur utilizing high-frequency infrared method, and will provide reference for colleagues.
