用含锑物料制备粗制锑酸钠工艺研究

Study onthe Process of Preparing Crude Sodium Antimonate by Using the Antimony-Containing Materials

研究了用含锑物料生产粗制锑酸钠。含锑物料经硫酸洗涤、碱性浸锑、氧化沉锑得到粗制锑酸钠,结果表明：硫酸酸度5~10g/L,铜、砷浸出率可达70%以上;碱浓度40~50 g/L,硫化钠浓度150 g/L,锑浸出率90%。

This paper studies on the production of crude sodium antimonate by using antimony-containing materials. The rough sodium antimony was made from antimony-containing materials by sulfuric acid washing, alkaline leaching and antimony oxide.The results show： acid acidity is 5-10g / L, copper, arsenic leaching rate can reach 70% or more; alkali concentration is 40--50 g / L, sodium sulfide concentration is 150 g / L, antimony leaching rate is 90%.
