消化外科住院患者抗菌药物处方点评及临床合理用药分析

Evaluation on Inpatient Prescription of Antimicrobial Agents in the Department of Digestive Surgery and Analysis of Its Rational Drug Use

目的为了促进临床抗菌药物的合理使用。方法选取医院消化外科住院患者的处方1 200张,分析其抗菌药物的使用情况。结果 1 200张处方中使用抗菌药物的819张(68.25%),其中预防性用药296张(36.14%),治疗性用药523张(63.86%);共出现用药不合理98张(11.96%),不合理累计167条,其中预防性用药不合理21张(7.09%),治疗性用药不合理146张(27.91%)。结论消化外科抗菌药物不合理使用表现形式较多,其中以抗菌药物的用法用量问题较突出,应加强消化外科抗菌药物应用的管理,以提高抗菌药物的应用水平。

Objective To analyze the inpatient antimicrobial use in Department of Digestive Surgery in the hospital, and to promote ra- tional clinical use of antibacterial drugs. Methods 1 200 prescriptions of digestive surgery patients in the hospital were selected, and the use of antimierobial drugs was analyzed. Results Of the 1 200 pieces of prescription, the use of antimicrobial drugs was in 819 （68.25%）, in which 296 cases（36. 14% ） of preventive medication and 523（63.86% ） of treatment medication. There were 98 pieces （11.96%） of unreasonable use of drugs, and the total number of unreasonable usage was 167. Among them, irrational preventive medi- cation accounted for 21 （7.09%）, and irrational treatment medication accounted for 146 （27.91%）. Conclusion Irrational use of an- timicrobial agents in the Department of Digestive Surgery is very common, and the problem regarding the use of antimicrobial agents is more prominent. We should strengthen the application of antimicrobial drugs in the Department of Digestive Surgery in order to improve the application level of antimicrobial drugs.
