摘要
目的分析某院2014年辅助用药的使用情况,为规范管理辅助用药提供参考。方法收集该院2014年1月至12月的辅助用药相关数据,并对增强组织代谢类、活血化瘀类、神经营养类、电解质类、免疫调节剂、肠内外营养用药、肝病辅助治疗药、肿瘤辅助治疗药进行统计与分析。结果辅助用药消耗总金额排名前3名分别为神经营养类、组织代谢类和电解质类。结论该院2014年辅助用药品种多,消耗金额大,用药频次多,存在临床滥用现象,医院管理部门应采取综合措施,制订辅助药物使用管理办法,促进辅助用药的合理使用。
Objective To investigate the application of the adjuvant drugs in the hospital, and to provide reference for clinical rational use of adjuvant drugs. Methods The date was analyzed statistically regarding the utilization of adjuvant drugs from January to Decem- ber 2014 by the HIS system. Results The top 3 of the consumption volumes for adjuvant drugs were neurotrophic drugs, tissue metabolism drugs and electrolyte drugs respectively. Conclusion The use of adjuvant drugs in the hospital in 2014 is serious abused with too many kinds in use, too much money spent and too frequently administrated. The hospital authority should take comprehensive measures to formulate the management methods for the use of adjuvant drugs, and to promote the safety, effectiveness, economy and proper use of adjuvant drugs.
