“触点”捕捉的理论与实践——以高校劳动法专业课“生态课堂”构建为例

摘要 高校课堂一直在期盼生态课堂的早日到来,但由于生态课堂理论存在实操性不强的缺点,导致生态课堂构建长期处于停滞不前状态。触点管理是互联网+时代的崭新管理方式,它使人们重新审视生态课堂,并使生态课堂的构建成为可能。根据触点管理的自身特点,结合实际经验,捕捉“触点”将成为生态课堂走向成功的关键。以触点管理为核心,提出“触点”捕捉理论:一个中心,两个操作,三个阶段,四个要素。结合高校劳动法专业课教学实践提出“触点”捕捉的可行路径,以达到抛砖引玉目的。 Today's classroom, called eco-classroom all the time would soon come, but due to the lack of praetic.al ecological theory, leading to eonslruction of ecological classroom hesitate for a long time. Internet plus in the new era of the rising, sent us this new touch point management, makes it possible for people to re-examine the ecological construction of classroom, according to the characteristics and experiences of contact management, capture "contacts" will become critical for success in the classroom. This paper focuses on the core topic, nut only "eonlact" theory of capture, mainly as "one central task, two operations, three stages, four elements", based on the practice of specialized course teaching of labor law and proposed the "contact point" capture a viable path to achieve valuable purposes.
