边远地区高校青年教师教学能力现状与提升对策

Status and Countermeasures of Young Teachers’ Teaching Ability of University in Remote Areas

边远地区高校青年教师教学能力水平直接影响着高校的教学质量。指出边远地区高校青年教师在知识类、教学过程中的技能类、态度类和个人特质类等四个教学能力方面的现状,并从青年教师自身和高校两个层面出发对青年教师教学能力提升问题提出对策,从而实现提升青年教师教学能力的目的。

The teaching ability of young college teachers in the remote area directly affects the teaching quality of colleges and universifies. This paper points out that the remote areas of young teachers in colleges and universities in the process of knowledge, teaching skills, attitude and personal qualities, such as the present situation of the four teaching ability, and from two aspects ： young teachers themselves and the problem of young teachers teaching ability promotion countermeasure is proposed, so as to realize the purpose of the young teachers teaching ability to ascend.
