摘要
作为初任教师,在本学科的教学任务之余还必须要面对的工作就是班主任工作。这里以哲学思维对班主任这一角色进行全方面的逻辑思维认识——即回答“是什么”“为什么”“怎么办”三个问题,这三个问题的回答对于初任班主任的教师来说,可使初任教师明晰班主任的工作类型、工作目标和工作方向,以便更好地胜任班主任工作。
As a new teacher, in addition to the teaching tasks of their subjects, one have to face is the head teacher's work. For the role of "head teacher", this paper will use the philosophical thinking on the role of the head teacher of a comprehensive logic analysis, to answer "what", "why" and "how to do" three problems. These three questions, for the new head teachers, teachers can make clear their work's type, objectives and direction, in order to better qualified for the head teacher's work.
