Senior commanders should establish commanding concepts fitting the war in the era of science and technology. The paper holds that the folowing concepts should be established： winning by science and technology, remote-rapid-preciseness, network information predominance, systematical polymerization, backup bottom line, dual-focusing on soft and hard kiling, military- civilian conformity, war designing and overload predominance.
